Hey guys-I am the owner and doc here at Inspire. Being an Appleton native, I knew this was exactly the place to call “Home” for our Inspire family. After growing up here, I received my bachelors degree in athletic training at UW-Eau Claire, and then carried on schooling to Northwestern Health Sciences for Chiropractic.

I love providing chiropractic care for the entire family and have focused training, certification, and passion for the prenatal and pediatric population. I have recently added in dry needling along side chiropractic serviced and have been loving the results! I enjoy helping families get and stay healthy and try to lead a happy and positive lifestyle.

I am a wife to the most supportive and loving hubby, Andrew (you may hear me call him Goody from time to time) and Mama to 2 beautiful kiddos, Hailey and Jordan. Let’s not forget our puppy Bella as our 5th family member and office pup! When I’m not at the office you can typically find me enjoying the yellow sunshine, some yummy food & coffee, camping, hiking, traveling, all while spending time with my family and friends.
